I highly recommend this gaming system it's like a Nintendo switch but better.

Amazing device, misleading advertising.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hand held is very powerful, allows you to game on steam from your x box or buy your own games on it. The issue I see with the device is that it is advertised as an Xbox to go. You can only play games that you own on the ally by cloud gaming into your own x box or if it’s a “play everywhere title”. They give you 3 months of Xbox premium but you need ultimate to download the pc games to the ally. Buying a steam deck would be cheaper and accomplish nearly the same.

Setup is seamless — Steam, Ubisoft, Epic, and other platforms install easily, and account syncing is straightforward.
What really stands out is how flexible the device can be. You can keep things simple or go deep into customization, including setting up ROMs to play classic Nintendo and PlayStation games. That versatility makes it more than just a gaming PC — it’s a full entertainment hub.
The robust configuration options let you tailor performance and graphics quality to your preference, whether you prioritize smooth gameplay or visual fidelity.
Overall, the ROG Ally offers exceptional value and performance. It’s a must-buy for gamers who want desktop-level power in a portable form factor.
Attached pictures is the older and newer model of the ROG. As you can see with the newer model it’s much larger and has handles for easy grip and feels more comfortable while holding. My very small takeaway is that it does not have much storage for games.

The Rog Xbox Ally is the best gaming handheld for the money I haves tested.
It it easy to to upgrades the ssd and install linux if you don't like windows.
So it is an real pc with intergreted Xbox controllers that are very comfortable.

It's comfortable to hold with the handles and once you're logged into your Xbox account you can play games from your other console on the handheld. It functions and loads fast. Also, it feels very heavy duty. The price is high but I honestly think the product and all the abilities you have with it make it well worth it.
