Doesn’t work

The concept is great but the frame doesn’t work. It will show pictures for a while but then goes blank or green screen. I have been in touch with customer service and was told this is a power cord issue and there is supposed to be a new one on the way. For the money I paid for this frame I expected it to work correctly and be sold with a power cord that was appropriate for it. Disappointed.

I bought it for my wife, our two daughters were pregnant and my wife was very sick. I thought we could get photos and cheer her up. My daughters took over and contacted her friends and they sent pictures. I gave it to her in the intensive care unit Christmas morning, she stared at it for hours, and had tears of joy. She’s home now and gets so excited when a new picture is posted. This was awesome and couldn’t have come at a better time
