My laptop has terrible screen tearing and does not work correctly at 144 fps

We do understand your disappointment with the laptop and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing terrible screen tearing and does not work correctly at 144 FPS. To resolve these issues, update Windows, drivers, BIOS and the Armoury Crate utility software if outdated. Also, check if the display was set to 144Hz in Windows setting. Updates for this laptop are posted at: https://www.asus.com/laptops/for-gaming/tuf-gaming/asus-tuf-gaming-a16-2024/helpdesk_download?model2Name=FA607NUG. Configure your system, game, video and performance mode settings inside the latest version of the Armoury Crate utility software posted at: https://www.asus.com/supportonly/armoury%20crate/helpdesk_download/. Additionally, if you are playing these games online, please ensure the device has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will affect system stability and performance.
