Too firm and causes shoulder pain

The ghostbed luxe is great temperature wise. It felt nice and cool but this is partially due to my percale sheets, use the wrong sheets and you will be sweating. Initially it felt way too firm. So I walked on it for about 10 minutes and it started feeling better. BUT I noticed every morning I was waking up with shoulder/back pain. This seemed to start getting worse so I rotated the mattress. After rotating it felt too firm again and the pain reduced but did not disappear completely... so it is not as supportive as it needs to be and it's advertised as medium plush like you're sleeping on a cloud... well I didn't feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud... I guess I'm not heavy enough to sink in deep enough. 30 days in and it should be getting more comfortable not less comfortable :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my GhostBed

The GhostBed really changed my life. I haven't had a good night's sleep in many years due to Back problems. I was waking up 4 to 6 times a night, never getting enough sleep. I wake up in the morning well rested not wanting to get up but only because it's so comfortable. I wasn't real sure about making this big of an investment in a bed, but I'm extremely thankful I did. I wouldn't give it up for nothing. It fits the shape of your body giving you the comfort and support our bodies need. Thank you GhostBed for changing my life.

When you lay in this mattress it hugs you like a significant other, on a cold winters night, while sitting in front of a warm fire. it has me thinking about getting rid of my wife and keeping the mattress.

I love how Ghostbed hugs your body, you can't feel when someone next to you moves. You don't get disturbed. It was an investment that I hope lasts a long, long time, I feel so refreshed when I wake up.

I was told the mattress

I was told the mattress would be the same height as the flex--there is about a 1 inch difference and it is driving us crazy as we use these two mattresses as a king bed---not sure what the answer is. I feel we spent too much money to think the idea is just "ok."
