Great purchase

My husband ordered the luxe after reading about it on line. I was skeptical and wasn't excited about the price of the mattress. However, we both really, really love it. The mattress is firm (not hard) but cushions and supports the whole body. It's a comfortable and supportive mattress. I've really had consistent good sleep. It's not bouncy so I don't notice when my husband gets out of bed, which is great for someone like me who tends to be a light sleeper. The description of the mattress is accurate. I would definitely recommend this mattress and happy my husband ordered it.

Very easy to remove from

Very easy to remove from box, lay out on frame, and remove protective covering. Expanded quickly (unlike a bed in a box we bought for daughter’s room that required 48 hours to expand). Fits the all in one frame perfectly. Most importantly, since we replaced our old pillow top mattress/box spring with this and ghost pillows, I have not awakened with a headache or stiff shoulders yet, where that was at least a once a week occurrence on regular mattress. I would buy this again in a heartbeat!

Don’t Trust the Trial Period

Be extremely careful with the trial period!! It is not hassle free at all!
They have a lot of conditions that will completely void the trial period, including a catch-all “changes in circumstances” clause. Every email you send is linked to your order. If the first email you send doesn’t use the words “comfort level isn’t what I wanted”, they will void the trial period.
For example, we wanted to return the queen we bought and buy a king. Despite them making more money in this exchange, they immediately voided my full trial period since that first email talked about “size issues”, not comfort level.
And yes, the voiding information is on their site, but its buried as far down as possible to avoid detection.
If the trial period is a deciding factor for you (it was for us), skip Ghostbed and go with someone else.

Don't purchase if a hot sleeper

This bed states it is the coldest; disagree. I sleep hot and purchased this bed because of that. I still sleep hot. The bed is cool for the first 30 seconds and then heats up just like other foam esc beds. I am not pleased and will b returning the bed.

Both my wife and I really cannot believe how cool the bed is. We are also extremely pleased with the ability for either one of us to move and not bother the other while they’re sleeping.

Best mattress

Mattress has a nice balance of firm and plush to it. Very supportive and sleeps cool all night. Motion transfer is very minimal and even with my wife and two large dogs moving around all night I don’t notice them. Paired with the ghost sheets which fit fantastic, this is the best bed we have ever had together and meets our combination of needs of being firm for me and plush for her. Would 100% recommend
