Easier than I thought to unpack. It stays cooler than a regular mattress ever did for me. I get in bed and it is cool when I fall asleep, and I never get warm enough to sweat by the time I wake up in the morning. The best part is how well it supports me as I sleep on my side. I have issues with acid reflux and on my old mattress would get some rough sleep with acid coming up my esophagus. Now after having it for two months I have not had a single issue. It took some getting used to with swapping from a regular mattress, but no regrets at all.

We got the adjustable base with the GhostBed Luxe and we love it! I had looked at so many beds and this one was rated well for a side sleeper like me and a belly sleeper like him. We love it. The first night neither us or the dog moved once!

Soundly sleeping again..

We’ve been sleeping on the GhostBed luxe now for a few weeks and absolutely love it. Really is like sleeping on a cloud. The firmness level is spot on in their description. I’d say just over a medium and even though you get a great amount of that memory foam cushion, the mattress still has a good level of firmness to allow moving around. We side and back sleep mostly. My shoulders sink in nicely and have no pain in the morning. I’m not going to say it’s a lower back pain miracle cure because people have many unique causes for their aches and pains but we feel this mattress conforms to our bodies and supports in the correct way to help keep that morning lower back stiffness to a minimum (if not eliminate it completely).
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is broke down on

It is broke down on one side. It will not ‘refill’ back to the level that makes it so you don’t roll off that side of the bed.
Right now I’ve had it for 3 weeks and I left it on a blanket on the floor for a week when I first got it to ‘refill’ from being folded in the box to get here.
Only one of us can sleep on it right now. It is not what I expected from all I read about GhostBed.
I am extremely disappointed.
I have registered my purchase and sent in a Warrenty claim.
They have many many hoops to jump through and I’m not done yet.
I am hopeful they will be reasonable to work with because I need a bed for two people, not a queen bed, where only one side is usable.
I will include pictures that shows how it is not right, but as far as ‘showing’ how it collapses when you try to lie on it, that’s hard to capture with a still photo.

I bought this bed to be cooling and to help with back and shoulder pain. It is 100% worth it just for the relief of back and shoulder pain! My husband and I are both side sleepers, and this bed has made a huge difference in how we feel when we wake up in the morning. As for the cooling, I think it helps but I wasn't blown away by it. I am a super hot sleeper (and honestly I have a huge comforter on my bed right now) and I notice that I don't wake up sweating as much, but it does still happen. All in all tho, I love this bed and would recommend it to any side sleeper or warm sleeper!

I absolutely love this mattress! so comfortable my aching back. Never feel the bed move when my husband gets into bed. Husband just had back surgery and this mattress he is able to sleep on! To me that is awesome! Best decision I've ever made. Shipping was great! Received very quickly! Easy to put on the platform bed!
