We ordered the king size GhostBed Luxe. The whole process was seamless and the mattress is VERY comfortable. We have two different style sleepers and this works for both of us.

So I've owned my ghostbed for over a month now and I agree, it is really nice. I don't notice the "cooling effect" that is supposed to occur. I am definitely a warm sleeper and still wake up just as warm as a regular bed. I love how it contours to my back and I've had a significant decrease in back pain since we have been sleeping on it. I think the biggest thing for me was the warranty offered with it. In the past 15 years we have replaced our mattress 5 times and this one is the best by far.

The mattress hurts my neck

The mattress hurts my neck and the mattresses split and won't stay together. I tried to return but they wouldn't let me. I would not recommend this company.

Sleeps hot

We bought the bed bc our biggest complaint with our last bed was it slept hot. We reviewed this one and said sleeps cool. It sleeps super hot. The bed is very comfortable but hot. Not what we hoped for with the price
