I bought the Luxe because it said it would be soft and comfortable. Its not bad, but its not soft either. Its at least medium firm instead of soft.

It is definitely a cooling bed and we love it! It took some getting used to coming from a pillow top, but we love this mattress and have recommended it to several friends!

Too firm

It’s advertised as medium plush but it’s actually a firm. Talked to customer service they just told me to get my kids to jump up and down on it and it should soften but still no luck. It’s a little over 2 months old. Really don’t no what to do about it at this point.

Cali King size is very nice, very much comfortable and supports body in all the correct places, very easy to "sleep in" , except work calls. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a superior mattress, well worth the price mark!

Quality Mattress - Very Firm!

The mattress is very well constructed and high quality. The smell these type of mattresses usually have was not an issue with this mattress, extremely low odor! The issue I had was that it was too firm for me. I was given very responsive Customer Service and GhostBed truly follows through with their 101 night trial. I want to make sure you understand the policy requires 30 night minimum to give your body time to adjust, and the mattress time to soften fully. I was still uncomfortable after the 30 days. GhostBed sent a mattress topper to help, but it still was not enough. GhostBed worked with me and offered the full refund or the option to swap for a different model. I chose to swap for the Nature's Sleep GhostBed Performance! It is a hybrid, just like the 3D Matrix. Very plush and much better for someone with the back, hip and arthritis issues I have. Just waiting for the donation company to come pick up the other mattress. Very happy with the Customer Service I received. Be aware that the 101 night trial only applies to the original mattress purchased, not to the one you swap for, if you go that route.
