I just didn't love it

I just didn't love it that 1st night after I got it. I am not feeling the cooling which is the reason I bought it. I only have one lightweight "Cooling" sheet on the bed but I still wake up sweating so that's disappointing. And it seems firmer than what I was expecting maybe because I don't weigh much but instead of sinking in, I just seemed to sit on top and my lower back still hurts. I'm just not sure what to think

I suffer from back problems and this mattress Is helping. I don’t feel pressure on my joints, feels a bit like floating.

The most comfortable bed I've ever owned, and the gel/foam pillows might be even more comfortable than the mattress, and that's saying something. Supreme quality all around. Very premium feel and worth the money.

The products are good but I find the Luxe to be much harder than I expected. We added memory foam to the bed to see if we can get used to it. We will see.

Very happy with my purchase. So easy to set up and I love the way I now wake up pain free and stay cool during the night! Haven’t received my pillows yet, but can’t wait to try them out.

Best mattress I have ever sleeped on. HUGE difference in my pain level when I wake up in the morning. I definitely get a better night's sleep and wake up less often. I love how it doesn't hold onto heat as well compared to other mattresses. So mad I waited this long to order it!

Easy set up. However the mattress is way too soft for my back and the first night of sleep was horrible. It made my back hurt so bad I had to make an urgent appointment with my chiropractor and then immediately remove the mattress. It is cool to the touch. I just need a very firm mattress and this is not it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
