I've had the bed now for 2 months. I've gained around 50-130 minutes of true sleep a night. The cooling technology is amazing and very soothing. All around I love this bed. It was very easy to install and blows all my friends minds when they sit on it. 5 stars through and through

The pillows were thick and do not crush down overnight. I like that they are thick as I move from back to side sleeping frequently through the night. My hubby likes them for the head support, again the apnea forces him to mostly sleep on his back!

THE PILLOWS ARE NICE BUT RATTHER SMALL, I FIND I CAN,T USE ONLY ONE WITHOUT THE USE OF THE BASE AND IT IS VERY DIFICULLET TO KEEP THE PILLOW CASE ON
