These pillows do not offer much support for anyone who has herniated discs in their neck. Causes a lot of pain for neck and head over time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I suffer from neck pain and have tried every pillow on the market and finally discovered ghostPillow. No more neck aches. Definitely recommend.

Love this mattress! It has made a world of difference compared to our old one. I do wish I would have went with the pillow top GhostBed just for a little more softness. Above all great experience and fast shipping!
