Exactly what I was looking for

I wanted a cooling pillow and my wife wanted a pillow that wasn't too hard, but hard enough to provide support. I had a cooling pillow already, but it was too thin. My wife had a supportive pillow that was too hard. Ghost Pillow was the best solution with the cooling outer layer and the ability to remove the padding if the pillow provided too much support. My wife likes the pillow as is and has even commented on having better sleep since receiving the pillow. Myself, I found the default to provide too much support and so removed some of the padding and now have the perfect pillow. I did not think it possible that one pillow model would be able to satisfy both our needs as they were so different from one another. GhostPillow is exactly what I was looking for and hoping it would be, I could not be happier.

Cooling!

I was worried about these pillows going flat. Or being too hot but they’re neither! They’re good replacements for my old shredded memory foam pillows. Only thing is they’re so slick I’m having a hard time finding pillow cases that stay on them. I toss and turn a lot through the night

I like this pill. It works great. Takes some adjusting of the foam inside but can taylor to how you need it.

These are the worst pillows I have ever seen. They are nothing more than shredded carpet pad in a thin cover that has a hole already in it so the stuff falls out. And when you lay on it you’re better off laying on nothing because it flattens out flat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
