The mattress has reduced my pressure areas but it is not as soft or feel as cool as I was hoping for. It came with a rip in one of the corner seams. I did not call to have it exchanged as I did not want to go through dealing with the return process.

My back has found heaven

My husband is a very large size Man compared to me and he sleeps on his side and sometimes on his back. For years he is woken up and not said anything but apparently was just uncomfortable and on his side of the bed the mattress has lost any ability to hold him comfortably. For me my sleeping issues what are unknown to me. What I mean is, I have had back problems and simply attributed how I felt in the morning knots to the mattress itself but to the fact that my back was just screwed up. However my back pain was actually due to the mattress we were sleeping on. I knew that his side wasn't necessarily as firm as mine because when I would lay on his side versus mine there's a distinct difference and how it felt. What I didn't realize though was that my side because it had at one point been his side was also broken down. Our current new ghostbed mattress has my husband waking up in the morning feeling amazing and I go to sleep on a bed of absolute perfection and comfort. Well worth the money hands down.

Great product and service

We ordered the split king Flex with the adjustable base, plus the pillows, sheets, waterproof cover, and 6” legs for the base. Received most of the products rather quickly. It was easy to put together and although I initially thought the mattress might be too firm, it was perfect for us. It is firm but also well cushioned. Had a couple of minor issues but everyone in customer service I encountered was excellent. This company makes a great product, stands behind it, and provides quality support. Thank you!

BACK FEELING BETTER

BEEN SLEEPING ON IT A COUPLE OF WEEKS, SO FAR SO GOOD, LOVE THE DIFFERENT POSITIONS, THE SHEETS AND PILLOWS HELP THE WHOLE ENJOYABLE SLEEP EXPERIENCE

Snoring no longer a problem!

In all honesty, I wasn't thrilled with this bed at first. It was VERY hard, but after a day or two it softened up. I probably didn't let it completely decompress before sleeping on it, so hopefully that bit helps someone else.
As for snoring, it is a miracle worker! My fiance can wake the dead with his freight train, devil summoning snoring. We actually were sleeping separately before this bed. Now, all I have to do is lightly adjust his head up and make him side sleep. Such a relief for us both. Thank you for all involved that helped me with questions and concerns. A+ customer service team and product! If you have a snoring spouse, definitely try this bed! It's so much cheaper than everything else out there right now!!!

Worried about softness?

My main worry before committing to purchase this bed was how soft it was going to be. I don't like super soft beds and I know everyone's idea of firm is different. Needless to say, after it arrived and we spent the first night on it I was in love. It was the best, most solid sleep I have had in at least a decade. I'm definitely hooked for sure.

Good bed but little firm

The bed was shipped quickly and east to setup. We got the adjustable base as well and everything went together smoothly. The bed is still.stiff after about 60 days but I have adjusted to the bed. using the adjustable base allows me find that perfect spot where I wake up feeling refreshed. All in all a good bed.

I looove this bed so so much. Best money ever spent. I’m able to finally rest and sleep like a baby. The only thing is that it’s a bit too soft if you want to sit down and watch tv, but this is meant for sleep and for that I find it perfect!
