The bed feels soft yet it is also supportive and comfortable to sleep on. It seems to be a nice bed. However the shipping process needs to be better streamlined. I opened the mattress with out realizing the foundation was not in the box. So then had to keep using my old bed and also have a king size mattress on the floor of my room until the foundation showed up. It took about 4 shipments to get everything I ordered which means some one needs to be home to receive all the deliveries. I've only had the bed for about a month or so but so far it seems good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

uncomfortable and hot

This bed was unfortunately far too firm for us. It is possible that the bed doesn't do well with lighter, thinner people. I am 5'6" and 115 pounds and my husband is 6'1" and 170 pounds. We slept on it for more than 30 days, but it was still a painful experience. I ended up with a back spasm and my husband had hip pain after just the first few days - and we are relatively young. After that, we had difficulty sleeping until i just couldn't take it anymore. It continued to be a painful, uncomfortable bed after more than a month of use. And this is even after putting a memory foam topper on top of this mattress. The cooling effect was not noticeable either.
The return process for the mattress was relatively smooth - they arranged for it to be picked up and donated - however, they did not refund us for the "free" pillows, despite the refund manager stating that they would. The only way to get the refund is to mail the pillows back, which is also expensive.
Finally, i also ordered a bed frame which took over 2 hours to put together, was unbelievably poorly made (none of the pieces of wood matched up properly and it was bowed in the middle), and really looked like someone who knows little about carpentry designed it. Ghostbed never refunded me for that, or sent me a new one despite saying that they would.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I did research on new mattresses for about a week straight and end up up choosing the Ghostbed Flex. I have been using my mattress for 3 weeks now and so far I have been very satisfied. I like it a lot more than my previous memory foam mattress and it's been much more comfortable. I think I made a great choice.

Very comfy. Love the height of 13in. Bouncy but soft. Able to sot on side of bed without it smooshing like an all foam bed. Lost star for 1- smelling bad for too long. Expected slight but it lingered a few weeks. And 2- the sides once bed expands looks frumpy by the edges of gray. It looks loose as of it didnt rise enough and if you touch it you feel hard coils. Wish edges were more softer and taut.

This bed is like sleeping

This bed is like sleeping on a cloud. I can't feel my partners thrashing while they sleep. It thankfully also doesn't hold heat in, so you won't wakes up all sweaty or even uncomfortable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought three ghost beds for a house we are offering for rent on Air B & B. Want to make sure everyone gets the same good nights sleep we enjoy every day.
