Comfortable Mattresses, love the All-in-one foundations, Customer Service resolved issue (but a bit slow).

Love the mattresses. Very comfortable for us.
The All-in-one foundations are great - but there are errors in the assembly instructions - figured it out fine but some may not.
Customer service - well it was good just very slow. COVID I am sure is partly to blame. We had defective foundations (wooden ones) and they replaced them with the metal All-in-one foundations. We didn't even have to send them back. Well done (just took a few weeks of waiting).

Soft mattress

Too soft, I would not put it in the medium range but more of a soft or plush. Initiated return and it was picked up quickly for donation but the refund department is not so speedy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I don't love it as much as I was hoping. It certainly is a step up from our old mattress. It's harder than anticipated. I don't notice my husband moving as much. It is much cooler.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great for Back Pain

Absolutely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! I originally bought it for my husband that has a herniated disc but my minor back pain has lessened also!! We love it!

My partner and I have very different sleeping preferences but this, absolutely, has made a world of difference towards “meeting in the middle”. We upgraded from an older queen mattress so the roominess is absolutely wonderful, as is the feel of the mattress itself. We waited to see how we felt about the mattress before we went towards purchasing the base but we’re so excited to add both to our home. The pillows are some of the best I’ve ever felt, but I’m able to sleep with or without a pillow on this dream bed!

Mattress felt great for a few weeks but we now see no difference from our 10 year old mattress we got rid of. Honestly not super impressed.
