Not what I had hoped.

The bed is not firm enough. Shoulders and legs are supported ok, but your butt sinks right down if you’re over 200lbs. I got this bed because based on the quiz and reviews it should have been ok. It is not ok. Way too much foam before coils to be supportive. Even the cat is freaked by the mushiness and has been sleeping on my pillow. I do not like solid memory foam beds and have found other hybrids that I like, so I thought this would be comparable. My mistake. This bed may claim to hold 750lbs of people but it won’t support but about half that weight without dipping.

I purchased the GhostBed Flex after a co-worker recommended it. My decision did not come lightly as I was super timid of ordering something that I was unable to go try out first and I am not one for impulse buys. Nevertheless, I did it and have been completely satisfied with my purchase. The Flex is the perfect mattress for all sleepers. It has softness, firmness, and is bouncy all at the same time. I felt an immediate benefit.

We've had our GhostBed Flex for 2 weeks, and we are extremely happy with our purchase, we had issues with sore hips, shoulders, and it's all gone with this mattress. We are extremely happy!!

We love our new mattresses . We have the flex split king . It is medium firm , provides great support and yet is soft all at the same time .

I love this mattress! And although we had an issue with the first mattress, customer service was prompt and made good on the warranty in a courteous, no hassle, timely manner. The bed is extremely comfortable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I can Finally SLEEP!!!

I had a number bed for years and read good reviews on GhostBed, so I decided to research my options. I am happy that I did! After narrowing down my list (from my research), I decided to order the GhostBed Flex. I setup the GhostBed Flex myself. Grabbed it off my porch with a dolly and set it up. It is amazing how it expanded from a box! Being that, I do recommended two people to set it up. It helped that I am a fitness professional and strong enough to do it. But, I had no choice and if I were videotaped, it would have been funny seeing some struggling moments! One important thing to note, I did not experience any odor once the bed was setup.
The GhostBed Flex is firm, yet gentle enough to slightly hug my body! I am able to turn better instead of lifting myself up as I did in my number bed and tempur-pedic. The edge is definitely reinforced and supportive. Although GhostBed comfort scale states 6-7, I believe it is more like 8-9, more than a medium firm. I have insomnia and this was the first time in months that I was able to sleep better. In fact, my smartwatch rated my sleep the highest for the first time, literally the first time!
I do highly recommend the GhostBed Flex! The customer service is superb! Ryan Connell replied to my few emails quickly and was kind in each reply!
I also received the Shredded GhostPillows and did not like them at all. My neck was hurting the next morning and the pillow cases kept slipping off them throughout the night. So I have them stored in a closet. At least they got the GhostBed Flex right!

Mattress is great, but arrived

Mattress is great, but arrived with no paperwork in the box. I know someone who also bought one of these recently, so I know that something should have been included. A written warranty at the very least. I was told by a rep that there's no paperwork, but I know that's not true.
