Definitely Recommend

The price was a little steep, but comparable to other mattresses prices. After a lot of review, this bed seemed to be the best offer. So far it's great! No back aches, I sleep better, and I love the pillows!! They are very cool and comfortable. Easy set up, hard to believe all this comfort in a box! Overall I am very pleased with this mattress.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very comfortable

Very comfortable, almost perfect, I just find that there is not enough support in the middle of the bed. It is medium firm, great feel, but as a stomach sleeper I need a bit more support in the middle of the bed. Not sure if I should change for the original firmer model, but will keep this one hoping it will work out for me, I wake up with a touch of lower back pain. But it is just super comfortable

It is the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever purchased it’s soft but not too soft it’s always cool when I’m sleeping two thumbs way way up for the ghost bed

Instantly felt all my back and hip pain go away after switching to this mattress. I'm also pregnant now and it is really taking a load off of how uncomfortable it can be to sleep when you're expecting. Love this mattress!

Very soft and comfortable

The setup out of the box was a piece of cake. Easy to take out and roll right across the platform. The softness of the bed was really weird for the first week. You definitely have to give it time to get use to. The flex is nice but very soft. I may have been better off getting the matrix being it said it’s a little firmer. Who knows maybe another review in the future.

Great except for Shipping times

I was really looking forward to this mattress. I have had numerous back, neck and shoulder issues over the past year and knew it was time to start looking for a new mattress. After the Texas Freeze I ended up needing to replace my mattress sooner and ultimately chose this ghostbed flex. I took about a week longer to arrive than originally quoted so a lot of sleeping on the couch. Once it arrive I unpacked it and let it sit for a day then added the bedding. First night sleep was great. After about a week no back or neck pain. Love the mattress. The ghost pillows are great too but initially have an awful smell. The smell went away after a week.

This bed is interestingly soft, yet quite firm and supportive. So far I believe it was a good investment, only time will tell. My tossing and turning has definitely been minimized, but, I'm not waking up fully refreshed, and wide awake that's why I could not go 5 star.
