With all the reviews seeming very positive that this pillow was actually different than others that advertised being cool, I was once again very disappointed. It starts off nice but ends just as hot as all the others. Not worth the price.
I was also very disappointed I had to call them to find out my pillow order would not get to me for 3 months! If I hadn’t pursued them, I would not have found any thing out. I also was promoted to use a third party app to find out about my product status/shipping, etc. it really gave me no relevant info that made it worth using.
Over all I went from hopeful that this company and product were going to be different to very disappointed & worse with the lack of communication, and that they ended up like all the others.
The only thing they communicated well was the constant email ads telling me how awesome there products and service were, while in reality this was not backed up.

LOVE my Ghost Pillow!! No more neck pain and my pillow is perfect no matter what position I am in. No dents, holes or flat spots ever!! It is like a brand new pillow every time!! My only complaints... it took a very long time to receive after ordered and it is a bit slippery so it slides out of a pillow case very easily so I am constantly putting it back in the case.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’ve been after a new

I’ve been after a new pillow to replace a Tempur-pedic that I’ve had for too many years. After going through three other pillows I finally found this one and it is amazing. From night one I had an excellent night sleep and I’m ready to order another one as a back up. This is the best pillow for side sleepers that I have found. It’s support of my neck and I had zero pain irritation or kinks. I’ve been using it now for two months and love it
I would recommend this to a friend!

Well worth the wait. I like to sleep on a firm yet soft pillow - this one is perfect. Have not had any neck problems since using the Ghost Pillow - love the name.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Well it is a pillow. As far as I can tell seems to be the same as any other Mem. foam pillow. DON'T get it if you think this is a good cooling pillow

Works better than the other cooling pillows I have tried. You can actually hear the air go through it when you lay down.

The pillow is very well made. I just prefer a less firm pillow. I have 2 cervical discs with arthritis & I am more comfortable with a little less firmness
