Pillow is very thick and does not compress much with weight. Holds me slightly too high. The odor eminating from them was awful though. I was finally able to use it for the first time after three weeks of wipe downs and airing them out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The ghost pillow memory foam are comfortable but in my opinion not tall enough for neck support

Best pillow ever! I'm impressed with how comfortable this Ghost Pillow is! every position I find myself in this pillow is very comfortable!

This is a pretty thick pillow. Great for a side sleeper. It sleeps much cooler than a standard pillow.

These are slightly thick but very cool to the touch. They are like flipping your pillow without the work of flipping your pillow to the cool side.

I had doubts about a solid pillow, I am now a believer. It took a few nights to get used to the more rigid form of this pillow. With the cool surface and two sides to chose from, I soldiered on am now very impressed. The smell lingered for about a week as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I tend to run hot when I sleep and having a pillow that feels cool all night long on top of being the most supportive pillow I’ve used makes this hands down 5/5 stars.
