Not for me.

The pillow is very comfortable but I have back problems so my body doesn't contour like most (metal rods in my back) so the pillow wasn't as supportive as I need. My boyfriend has one and swears it's the best pillow ever!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the softness and the coolness of these pillows. I am a very hot natured person and this helps me to cool off at night and get a good night's sleep

Just received my own ghost pillow— been stealing my husbands for naps. Guess he finally got tired of it, and bought me my own! Best pillow I’ve ever had! Awoke this morning with not shoulder or neck aches! Definitely recommend!

I have been on the hunt for a good, supportive and comfortable pillow for the last couple years. And finally my search has come to an end!! I can’t express how much better my sleep is and what a joy it is to no longer wake up with neck pain and tension headaches
