I really like the pillow. The buying process could be a lot...A LOT.. easier through Groupon.

Having a mattress that's flexible and also has a massage feature has been unbelievable. My restless leg has been improved because of the ZG position and while I've been sick with pneumonia, I rest in bed with the head up to help with sinus drainage. This is maybe too much information but I recommend it highly

The pillows are very stiff, even after 30 days of use, they are too hard to sleep on.
The pillow does not stay cool like it says and I still find myself turning it over for that cool feeling/
If you like a firm pillow then this pillow is for you.

I got the pillow for my mother and she loves it. She said that it's soft yet supportive. She also said that it's very comfortable to lay on.

Not enough support

I was so excited to receive my ghost pillow, but unfortunately it didn’t offer enough support for me. I have neck issues and must have a pillow that is tall enough and will support my neck throughout the night. This wasn’t the one for me.
