As cool as the other side of the pillow

This pillow is amazing. As soon as I lay my head down and it cradles my skull and neck my eyes close and a drift into another world. The pillow is always “as cool as the other side of the pillow” like Stewart Scott used to say.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Marketing Trumps Function

This review would be 5 stars but for the large obnoxious sewn marketing label that is one foot long by 2 inches wide put in THE MIDDLE OF THE PILLOW RIGHT WHERE YOUR HEAD GOES. It is stiffer than the foam used to make the pillow. Ruins use of one side of a great pillow.
Marketing over function. Marketing in the middle of my product where my head lies.
Literally, marketing in my face.
How I wish the pillow had your ghost icon in a corner.

I'll give this 4.5 stars out of 5. The most comfortable pillow I've ever used, without a doubt. I've used several memory foam and cooling gel pillows before, but this is the best one yet.
At first I thought it would be a bit too tall for side sleeping, but your head sinks in nicely and is gently, but firmly, cradled by the incredibly comfortable memory foam. It is cool to the touch when you first put your head on it, but does retain heat the same as any other memory foam/gel pillow. Its not a big deal, and no worse than any other memory foam pillow, but if it was a bit cooler like they claim, it would be 5 stars without a doubt.
I would still buy another because, like I said, its so comfortable, but apparently there is no magic pillow out there that actually dissipates heat. I just move my head a few inches over when it gets hot and find a nice cool spot. Its also nice that I can flip it over and use both sides.

The Ghostbusters pillows are the best out there! We have searched hi and lo for a pillow thats not too flat nor too fluffy...and this is definitely the winner. We have now started to buy them for our friends and family

We wanted to love it, but...

We wanted to love the Ghost pillow, but unfortunately we will be returning ours. The first reason is the smell. We were hoping it would go away, but a few weeks later, it's still very noticeable. The second reason is the large stitching on the front of the pillow (which also happens to be the cooling side). The stitching is annoying and not want you want right where you lay your face. Hopefully Ghost Pillow can make some changes to improve their product!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Comfy pillow, terrible embroidery.

The pillow itself is comfortable and I really enjoy the ice material. The issue i have is the logo embroidered onto the middle of the pillow is too think and u comfortable to sleep on. It actually really ruins the experience. Unfortunately you can't get the ice cover without the giant logo. Would give 5 stars if I could get the ice covering without such an intrusive logo digging into my ear.

Shipping time is 3-4 WEEKS - not 5-7 days. The pillow under your head heats up close to a regular pillow within 1 hr., but the rest of the pillow is only partially heated up. The flip side of the pillow never is as cool as the opposite side ( side with embossed "GhostPillow"). Pillow is comfortable, but density occasionally causes ears to block up when sleeping on your side. Pillow needs more fill for side sleepers. I ordered 2 anticipating this issue, but was only sent one - waiting for the other to arrive so I can double up.
Overall pillow is an improvement temperature wise, but you still need to flip just not as much. Pillow is good for about 4 hrs. before it is totally heated up to the extent of a regular pillow.
