Bought this for my partner as he has neck issues. He likes it, it’s a good pillow but it’s not great as it’s a little too stiff, doesn’t sink in and hug you head like a memory foam ought to and he wakes up with a kink in his neck sometimes still.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought the pillow as a birthday gift to myself and I'm glad I did. I've been using this pillow for two weeks now and have noticed a difference in how I feel when I wake up. Primarily a side sleeper, I no longer wake up with neck pain and stiffness.

Wont be refunded on the return for shipping . Cost is on you. Only advice they give is to stuff it into a smaller box. which isn’t mentioned on the 100 night trial page. Pillow smelled and was like a brick.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
