Nice product

Ordered two of these, love them. They are a good size, not too “poofy”. I have not had any neck issues since using mine. The only issue was the packaging. They were packaged like Ft Knox, took me 20 minutes to get through all the tape on each pillow. Small issue BUT very annoying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It doesn't stay cool for more then a few seconds for me. It doesn't get hot but I wouldn't call it a cooling pillow personally.

Ok, nothing to brag about here, not nearly as cooling as they are made out to be, somewhat flat, and small, not a terrible product, but I would not purchase again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome pillow! The memory foam is a lot softer than I had imagined it to be but still firm, unlike other rocks that I have bought in the past from other companies.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good pillow but needs maintenance

I like this pillow. It adjusts, and my ear doesn't hurt from sleeping on it like so many other pillows. But it has not alleviated my neck pain, and I am not sure why. I also need to fluff it everyday before I go to bed or put it in the dryer. This pillow needs "maintenance."
I would recommend this to a friend!

For some reason my pillow smells like smelly feet. I washed the cover, hoping that would help but it didn't.
