Built very well holds its shape. Pillow stays relatively cool all night. A little heavy but quite comfortable

Pillow smells bad

I have requested a new pillow several times and no one has responded. The pillow smells terrible. I have other ghost pillows and they do not smell bad like the new one.

Not Happy with 3rd pillow

This is the 3rd pillow I've ordered and it just isn't as good as the first two. The first two pillows are great and I love them but this 3rd pillow feels like sleeping on a rock. I think it was a factory reject or something.
I sent an email asking to return the pillow but no one has bothered to email me back. :-(

This pillow is the best pillow I’ve ever had. I am a a side sleeper and have never been able to find one that isn’t either too hard to be comfortable or too soft and I have to fix it in the middle of the night. This pillow is very comfortable and doesn’t lose its shape. I sleep great and my neck feels great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Normally I destroy pillows after a few weeks of tossing and turning, but not ghost pillow! Comfy and maintains its shape
