Not Firm - Smells

I have been on the search for a pillow that is cooling and has support. I picked this one because it said it was firm- it's not. my head sinks in. Also it's been several weeks and it still smells- I've left it out in the sun trying to get rid of the smell - but it hasn't worked. So even if I liked it I still couldn't use it. For the price I expected much more. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this pillow is amazing, I'm a pretty warm sleeper and this one actually does what is says it does. It cools down and stays cool the ice tech is real. I can't even use my old pillows the same way with out being a bit sore so there was a big change with that alone. It feel great to lay on after a long day. It breathes and is cold to the touch right away don't have worry about cool wide at all which is great highly recommend buying this one I'm going to get a second one my self.

The pillow itself meets all the expectations I have for a gel pillow, both in terms of cooling and cushioning.
The cover is an extra point. I think it will pass a legit pillow case and saves me one.

This is a great pillow! My partner loves it and says it has really improved his sleep! The shipping was a little slow but that’s pretty normal during Covid now. Overall I would definitely recommend this pillow.

Absolutely love this pillow would defiantly recommend. The fabric is so soft and keeps me cool and the firmness is perfect. If you are looking for a new pillow this should defiantly be your first choice.
