Not cool enough

I purchased the ghost pillow in the hopes that it would stay cool at least for most part of the night but I found that wasn’t the case. It gets warm just like all the other cooling pillows I’ve tried. A bit disappointed yo say the least. This is a very expensive pillow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Always on the move

It took some elaborate effort to get a full night's sleep with this sweet pillow when I'm awake this pillow is great, responsive& supportive but EVERY TIME I woke up the pillow was on the floor! To be fair I have the adjustable GhostBed bedframe & awesome Ghost sheets & silk pillowcase all of which are very slippery nice & cool like sleeping on a sheet of ice lol Maybe I need a weighted blanket to keep everything in place! After a month of this frustration I ended up flipping my pool table on it's side for a headboard & using a long dresser blocking off one side of the bed. After corralling the bedding everything is very comfortable but never where I left it when I wake up "The Ghost strikes again!" my kid says Mark my Ghost is acting out please notify the appropriate buster LOVE YOUR PRODUCTS!

Firm but not too firm- it’s just right

I am enjoying the pillow. It’s giving me firm and comfortable support as a side sleeper. The only thing I don’t like is the very large embroidered logo on the cover. I flip my pillow over to the cool side in my sleep. The embroidery is stiff and annoying through my pillowcase.

Its OK

Its a good height for side and back sleeping. Its firm without being too firm. Its cool when I put my head on it but there's no cool spot to be found after a few hours of sleep. I recommend it for comfort but gets a zero for the cooling gel

Nice pillow. They are comfortable and it does have some cooling but the only problem is the pillows are too small. The pillows would be great if they were bigger (longer). They don’t even look right on the queen bed. Too small

No neck support

Not what I expected. Where the pillow is under my neck just sinks down and doesn't support my neck at all. I constantly have to wake up and shove the pillow against my shoulders or flip the pillow over to try to get a little support. I usually sleep on my back and am a pretty small framed person and don't like big thick pillows. The thickness of this one is perfect but instead of just my head sinking into the pillow the neck part sinks too. It would be great if the neck didn't sink down to the level my head is at. Also it is not cooling in the slightest. I ended up giving it to my 10 year son and he's happy with it although I think he'd like it more if it was cooling.
