I bought this pillow to help sleep cooler at night. I don't notice hardly any difference. I'm giving the pillow a 4 star because it is a comfy pillow, but can't give 5 star because they claim "cooling."
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the neck support this pillow gives me, it is comfortable and stays cool all night long! I am so happy with it that I bought another one! Everyone needs this pillow!

Way too light and slides too much. It won’t stay under my head while I sleep. I keep waking up over and over to slide it back. I have another pillow , same type , from a different company and have never had that issue.

I am a side sleeper with broad shoulders so I need an extra firm pillow. This pillow does the job but I still prefer using a flat pillow underneath it. I do wish this pillow had a firmer core so I could just use one but overall I like the gel foam material because it reminds me of marshmallows.
I would recommend this to a friend!
