The right mix of plush and supportive for me.

I can use this pillow in any sleeping position. One side is a little bit slicker, that's the phase change side. If you use it with a pillowcase advertised as phase change as well the two materials might slip on each other a bit. The fabric is nice and cool to the touch. The memory foam seems to soak up heat from your head and dissipate it moderately well.
The pillow is very nice looking. Be aware you might be able to feel the embroidery through some pillow cases. This pillow has a spot on my bed and bumped a different one off to the guest room!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great pillow

I've been trying to find just the right pillow. I have purchased probably 20 pillows in the last year on my hunt. This is the one I'm sleeping on now. I also tried the Ghost faux down pillow (too soft/low for me) and the shredded foam pillow (too tall for me). But this memory foam is just right! It makes sense - my daughter got one years ago and she has always loved it. I finally bought one for my son recently (who says it's "amazing") and then bought one for myself and my husband. We agree with our kids! We love it too.

I’m 100% satisfied with The GhostPillow. I have a difficult time sleeping. Since I started using this pillow I’ve been falling asleep much faster. It’s so comfortable. I’m going to go lie down now :-)

Very Disappointed

The pillow arrived very nicely boxed. Opened the box and the smell was horrible. After a full week of airing out you can still smell the strong chemical odor. Also very disappointed with the cooling capabilities. The pillow is comfortable but not worth it dealing with the smell. Would not recommend nor would I buy any other Ghost products. I really should have rated this a 1 star

Ghost Pillows

I purchased one pillow thru another vendor and then contacted Ghost Pillow regarding a 2nd. They were extremely helpful and accommodating with the price. Both pillows arrived quickly and were well packaged. Two problems - smell and heat. The smell was too strong for me to use and I set them aside to dissipate the strong smell. The heat generated by the pillow, after the initial cooling effect, made them unpleasant to use and I haven't tried them again since initially using them as I set them aside due to the smell. I am a migraine sufferer and had high hopes of using them to sandwich my head due to cooling and heft. Will try again once smell is gone?

I keep coming back for more. These are now the 6th pillows we purchased.
Only wish they filled the pillow case (queen size) better. They are shorter than the average.

Great cooling pillow

I love the head support and coolness I feel everyday I sleep with my new pillow. My pillow had a plastic/chemical smell. I was advised by CS to spray Febreeze scented spray and the smell would disappear. I had lavender scented Febreeze and it’s better than the original smell. The pillow is always cool and I’m thrilled with my new pillow!
