I got this pillow for my girlfriend who had been complaining about neck pain on and off for several weeks. Now that she has it and has been using it for the past month she hasn't seemed to have any issue with neck pain.

I have insomnia and issues sleeping, I always would fret trying to go to sleep but this pillow not only makes me fall asleep the second my head hits it but I stay asleep and even get excited about sleep! I'm hooked!

The pillow is firm, but lets you sink in a bit after a few seconds, so it feels soft but is still supportive. I like it.

My neck problems have instantly dissapeared with the ghost pillow. Not too firm and not too soft, it's been perfect for me.

We love our new ghost pillows! First off let me start by saying the packaging is top notch. You just know you are getting a quality product inside that box. And yes they absolutely live up to it, we love that you sleep so much cooler with these pillows and never go flat. Highly recommended!!!!!
