But it is for me. It's rather soft and it goes down to almost flat. I like it but it's not for the firm people.

I was leery to purchase ANOTHER memory foam ANYTHING but ghost pillow is actually pretty amazing! My neck doesnt hurt and it maintains its shape. It keeps cool which I'm surprised I was able to notice. I'm very happy with my pillow!

My wife and I recently purchased a GhostBed Luxe mattress and we have never slept better. Our old mattress was getting extremely uncomfortable and we both complained in the mornings about how sore we were. After exhaustive research, we decided on the GhostBed and we couldn’t be more pleased.

I got the Groupon and should have checked that the pillow is not refundable. I will put it in our guest bedroom and maaaaybe buy another one to match it. It is not that supportive and the cooling technology is not as great as another brand I have. Not the worst but for the price I expected more I guess.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Pillow Ever

I love this pillow. It is firm, but yet soft enough to keep my head supported just right while I sleep at night. I'm also loving how it dissipates heat quickly so I have a nice cool night's sleep. I've tried many pillows on the market and so far this is the best.
