I got a good deal on 2 Ghost pillows and it was the best purchase Ive made for helping my sleep. The memory foam and cooling feature is simply incredible.

Two different pillows

My husband and I have been sleeping on these pillows for over a month now. Tonight we found out that we seem to have two different pillows. While they both say Nature's Sleep and we got them at the same time, one is MUCH softer than the other. One is soft and the other is extremely firm.

It feels different than any pillow I've ever had. At first it felt awkward. After a couple nights it felt amazing. It's all I use now.

i receive the ghost pillows with the mattress. being a normal pillow guy for years,this pillow will take time getting use to. so far seems ok

I was very reluctant to order but now I will never go back to a spring matress or hybrid. I was also worried because I’m on the larger side but Ghostbed is amazing, the pillows are also very good, very happy sleeper.

I knew I was taking a risk not being able to “touch” the Ghost Pillow before purchasing it, but that risk turned out to be well worth it! I love this pillow! It stays cool all night long and provides the best support for my head and neck. My kids are all begging me to purchase one for each of them!! It really is THAT amazing!

thin, lacking support for side sleepers

I had very high hopes for this pillow. I used it for 10 days, but could not like it. It is OK for sleeping on your back. But there is little support (it's way too thin and soft) for side sleepers like myself. I tried putting another pillow or blanket under it to raise it, and this didn't help. I would wake up with head or neck pain every day. Went back to my shredded memory foam pillow instead. When I contacted the company, they will not provide a refund, or even an attempt to help since I purchased the product using a groupon. Guess I have learned my lesson to read the fine print when trying to save money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
