Firm, yet soft.

I was highly impressed with this pillow, I can't begin to tell you how many pillows I have tried. When stated in my title is factual in my experience. I recall the moment my head made contact with the pillow, a big smile came across my face. My first thought was, oh my I am going to have a good nights rest. Ever since then, I have not switched pillows. I love the fact it has a removable cover for washing. I have recommend this pillow to friends and family.
I would recommend this to a friend!

These pillows are extremely good at dissipating heat and supporting my neck at night. Some mild discomfort the first few nights but once I adjusted it has been smooth sailing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Its odd how the pillow can be both soft, and then bounce back firm to support in all the right places.
The only flaw is how big the logo is, and to be right in the middle of the top. The cooling cover is amazing, works throughout the night. But with such a big logo right in the middle embroidered, it takes away what could be a considerable amount of cooling comfort amazingness. A small stiching in the corner would suffice for a logo thatll be constantly covered.

These pillows have by far been the best pillows that we have used. We started out trying it when we got our new mattress and it has turned into purchasing multiple more for both my wife and I.
The stay nice and cool while also providing amazing support.

My roommates have a GhostBed mattress and ghostpillows and spoke about how great they were, but decided to try it for myself. Very happy to say they're super comfortable. A little thin, so I need to stack two, but solid.
