My physical therapist recommended this pillow for chronic neck pain and it has helped!! It’s not too soft but not too firm. Great for side or back sleepers.

A must have for a comfortable sleep

After having my last baby, I could not get a good nights sleep. I would always end up straining my neck and by morning would end up with a massive headache. But, then I found the Ghost Pillow! I don't think I have ever slept on such a nice pillow before. There's just the right amount of support for a great nights sleep, and it does stay cool as they promise. It is so refreshing to feel the coolness on my skin at night. I am in love!!! We received two GhostPillows as a gift. We love them. Sleep very well and I think it's helped with my husband's snoring! Like sleeping on them very much.
