Ive been searching for a good pillow and have tried several different ones. The first night was great! Very comfortable and I didnt wake up with a stiff neck the next morning. Thinking of ordering another for my husband.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very firm pillow. Woke up several times through the first nights using it. It is definitely cool, but as soon as you put a pillowcase on it, the cooling isn't noticeable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I never thought I would like a pillow I couldn’t fluff up, but I’m loving the GhostBed pillow! As a side-sleeper, I find it has just the right height to support my head comfortably. It is cool to sleep on. My only complaint is that I wish I couldn’t feel the embroidered GhostBed logo through my pillowcase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Neck pain gone

I have been scouring the internet for reviews regarding pillows because I have chronic neck pain after waking up in the morning. The ghost pillow has a medium recoil which is perfect for back/side sleepers. It stays cool throughout the night. It came nicely boxed and ready to use. I highly recommend this product .

I really was looking forward to these pillows, I ordered two of them and when taking it out of the package, it had this distinctive smell almost like paint primer. It was very unpleasant. I did reach out to GhostBed and they sent me two new pillow, very grateful that they did, but those too smelled the same as the first 2 pillows. I can't sleep with the smell.
If I am writing about the quality and the performance of the pillow, I would give it a 3, without sleeping a full night with a pillow, I can't give a full review.
It is very soft, and somewhat firm. I like the fact that after squeezing the pillow it reforms into what it originally was. I did ask customer service how to clean the pillow after use and they mentioned that the pillow case that comes with the pillow can be machine washed but the pillow itself can only be damped, not fully washed. Still a little confused on how tot do that but I think just a quick dab and air dry should do the trick - I'm not sure though.
If I was able to have the pillow for the full night, I may have given a better review.

Best Pillow I've Ever Owned

This is hands down the best pillow I've ever owned.
I don't know what kind of magic they are using, but the pillow emits a cold/cool aura that's pleasant to sleep with. It conforms with the neck/spine to assist in good sleep!
