Supportive and super comfortable. Normally I go for down, but I’ve been sleeping using my Ghostpillow and love it.

Stiff and uncomfortable

I was really excited about getting this pillow after all the great reviews. My neck hurt the first few mornings when I woke up. Went back to my old pillow. Wasted my money on this as I bought 2 pillows. One for me and my spouse.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Even though I already owned the mattress I was skeptical about a pillow with similar technology. I’ve been pleasantly surprised how comfortable, cool and excellent it has been on my neck/spine. I honestly believe my neck tension hasn’t been this low in 15 years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The mattress should take a lesson from these pillows. I don't have to fluff this in the middle of the night, very supportive, and cooling.

I like the pillow for back and side sleeping but since I am a stomach sleeper, it doesn't work as well!

This pillow has the worst chemical smell I’ve ever seen in a pillow. Over two weeks and it still has not dissipated. My wife and I found it extremely uncomfortable as well. Now we will see how they handle returns

I have chronic neck issues

I have chronic neck issues and had been having trouble finding something that was comfortable and could also support my neck in various positions. The morning that my Ghost Pillow arrived, I could barely move my head an inch to the right. I used the pillow that night and noticed a difference the next morning.
Ever since I received my pillow, every night when we go to bed, my boyfriend says his pillow sucks. I knew that would happen. So, I’ve ordered him one as part of his anniversary gift.
I didn’t pay attention and thought the pillow would stay cool all night. If it did that, it would be perfect.
