I've used other foam pillows, the ghost pillow its by far the most comfortable pillow I've owned.

Cool to the touch, great firmness. Only real shortfall is the length. It would be nice to have more options for size.

I bought these a little over a month ago and I have to say my sleep quality has improved. I no longer wake up with neck pain or shoulder pain. These pillows somehow keep you cool all night so there is no need to flip your pillow halfway to get to the cold side. It’s all cold. I plan to buy more pillows as gifts for my family.

Little to high for my neck

The pillow is a to high for my neck, only use as a back support now when sitting up in my then when I'm ready for bed, it hits the floor. The pillow would be perfect if it wasn't so thick.

Doesn't do a thing with a pillowcase on; can't flip it to get cooler side since it is flat on other side

I got this and was excited for the cooing feature. However the pillow was extra firm. I do wish it was much softer

Pain relief

After the fist couple of days using the pillow I've noticed pain relief in my neck, as well as my shoulders. My wife mentioned it has also helped to drastically reduce my snoring.
