Smells weird, like a bad lavender scent when it first comes in. Nothing too exciting about this pillow. Offers decent neck support.

I'm still having neck pain using this pillow. I think it may be the thickness & the label across the middle is uncomfortable. I was hoping I would sleep better but I'm not.

The pillow was delivered quickly in very beautiful, sturdy packaging. Laying on it, the pillow stays cool to the touch and supports your head and neck without feeling hard. Very soft fabric. Love!

For the price the bed is a good buy. The three free pillows were also a nice bonus and I'm happy with my purchase. If you like a firm mattress, you'll enjoy a ghost bed.
