It stays cool, as described, but it's too firm for my tastes. I found myself migrating off of it in my sleep.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was hesitant about a memory foam pillow because I like to sink into my pillow but suffer from migraines and need it to be firm enough so my neck doesnt bend too much. This pillow is perfect. Keeps my neck perfectly aligned and still gives the sensation that I'm melting into the pillow! My husband tries to steal it so we ordered another for him.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I didn't have high hopes for this pillow. Up until this point my favorite pillow has been a Tempurpedic one, but it is getting worn and not as comfortable as it used to be.
I have tried at least 4 other pillows, and they all wound up in the guest bedrooms, I just didn't care for them.
This Ghost Pillow gives me just the proper amount of support, and it doesn't send this menopausal grandma into a heat flash, so it's a keeper!

Strong firm mattresss. Immediately solved some back pain from previous mattress. Love it and also was a great deal at end of year.

Favorite Pillow

This pillow had a really strong lavender smell when it arrived. It was a little too strong for me for a few days, but now it's faded and I really like it. I sleep mostly on my side and this pillow is very comfortable. It's the best pillow I've had in a long time!

I love it! My king size mattress came quickly, and I’ve been sleeping like a baby ever since. I had been debating on a new mattress. I finally decided to get it after long sleepless nights during my third trimester. I wish I had made the switch sooner! I’ve since had my baby and the whole family loves the mattress!!
