The ghost pillow is very soft, and must be used on the ghost bed. If you put your arm under your pillow as a sromach sleeper, it will squish down and feel like your arm is against your face with very little pillow in between. Mostly for back sleepers, not as much for side or stomach sleepers.
However, I have TMJ, and commonly would wake up with jaw pain, probably from the pressure of sleeping on my face. This has been almost eliminated since using the ghost pillow. My TMJ is not gone, but the wakeup pains are, and the flare ups during the day have been more infrequent.
I like to have more support in a pillow, which is why it was given this rating. I spent days wondering whether to just use my old pillow, but ultimately decided on ghost pillow because it always remains cool and helps relieve pressure from my jaw.

My husband was struggling to find a pillow that worked for him until we received our two pillows from GhostBed! Now he has claimed both of them! I'll have to order more for myself now! Wonderful pillows!

No Neck Pain

I'm a 69-year-old combat disabled veteran with a bad lower back. With some help from younger friends, we installed my new Ghost Bed and Pillow last week. What a difference! Sleeping much better and first the first time in a long time I wake up with absolutely no neck pain. Remarkable. Thanks.

Best mattress and pillows in years

Exactly the right firmness and support. Far superior to temperpedic I've had for last 6 years. Easy to turn over at night because my weight and/or body heat does not make a dent or crater on the ghost bed.
Ordering and delivery was super easy too. So far all is positive.

No guts No glory

We needed a new mattress so badly and wanted to buy something amazing like a sleep numbers. My husband being the cheap guy that he is talked me into trying the mattress out with no strings attached. The pillows came a week before the mattress Which was a tease. I can’t believe how firm this mattress is that came in a bag. I haven’t slept this good in years.

I used to wake up 2-3 times a night and literally have not woken up once since the first night with this pillow. Sounds cheesy but almost life changing..,
