I am not at all happy with the changes Ghost Bed has made to their product over the past year.

I’ve only had the bed for about 3 weeks now, but I’ve notice a few things. First and foremost, the shipping process is woefully inadequate. I purchased a Cal King mattress, mattress protector, and 2 pillows. Each of them shipped separately, and each had their own tracking number, which is great. They were never accurate on their information, which could probably be chalked up to the shipping company. When the mattress arrived, the box was pretty beat up. Maybe the shipping company employees get tired of handling these boxes and treat them like junk. Whatever the reason, it was not good. The other shipping problem is the box weighs over 100 lbs and THERE ARE NO BUILT IN HANDLES! Completely unacceptable, especially when you have to take it up a flight of stairs. The next problem is stability. I have been on bed rest for the past 2 weeks, due to a work accident, therefore, I’ve been in the bed A LOT. There is little to no support when you sit up. I know beds are for sleeping, but many people like to sit in bed and read and watch t.v. It’s not comfortable for this AT ALL. The last thing is the edges of the mattress. There is no support at all, so when you sit on the edge of the bed, perhaps to put your shoes on, you sink considerably, which is also not comfortable. As far as sleep, it’s pretty good. Maybe with a few more nights of sleep, my comfort level will improve.

I was so excited to receive this pillow that I tried it out as soon as it arrived. I had been having neck pain and nothing could relieve it. My old pillow, which was also a foam pillow, was about 7 years old, so after trying everything else for my neck pain, I gave ghost pillow a try. It is great! It is firm and supports my neck just as needed. It has an amazing lavender scent that they don't advertise, but I love! I fell fast asleep. The only complaint I have is that it isn't offered in a king size. My pillow case swallows it whole.
