I have spinal stenosis and have typically bought Core Products in the past for my pillows. I heard memory foam was supposed to be great for neck pain; however, this pillow made mine worse. The thickness/height of the pillow was to high and dense, and overall was very uncomfortable. Instead of providing comfort, it increased my pain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The fabric is SUPER cold which I love. Great support as well. I am a side and stomach sleeper and this pillow is perfect for me.

Love your pillow, thanks for a fast delivery. Love calling it my Ghost pillow, even though I'm still having neck pains, but love sleeping on it.

The pillow is very comfy. It's about the perfect size and not too hard or too soft. I was surprised how cool the pillow stays; it doesn't get very hot and I've had no problems with sweating. I gave it 4 stars because when it arrives you will want to air it out for a few days as it does have a bit of a smell common with new pillows.
