The pillow is great! It truly does keep me cool during the night. It's very comfortable. It is just what I wanted for a very reasonable price.

At first , the internet page to order was not working so I was not able to order at first. I then found the # to the store and called. Customer service guy was awesome and was able to help me make my order. The process went well until Fed Ex deliver my package late. After, such a long period of waiting for my pillows. They finally were recovered I was happy to have ordered my pillows. It was nicely packed in a box and the feel when sleeping on them had made it well worth it. I am happy with my pillows.

I've had several memory foam

I've had several memory foam pillows including 2 tempur pedics. The ghostbed maybe better for pure sleeping being a little less firm ( according to model of course ). A medium feel with sinking about half way through the pillow. The cover is awesome & truly dose have a cool feel to it, plus it's just a cool looking pillow to start with. Very well made, no smells that noticed. It's a shame to put a pillow case on it. If you like a medium feel pillow you will love this one. Very high standard, even the box it comes in is impressive. Don't hesitate to buy.

Menopause Dream Pillow

After purchasing many different types of pillows, I took a chance and ordered a Ghost pillow online. Ordering and arrival went great, smooth process. I did let it sit out for a couple of days to air out. I sleep warm and this absolutely keeps my head cooler. It’s comfortable, material is soft. Ladies in any stage of menopause, this is an absolute must have.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this pillow hoping for superb comfort and cooling ability and was disappointed. The pillow is not bad by any means just not worth the money in my opinion. You just have to try and see for yourself

Great pillow for the right person.

I love the cooling side of the pillow but I find it a little too hard for me. However, my husband loves it. Keep in mind that when you receive the pillows and you open the box you're going to encounter a very unpleasant smell that will fade away in about a week. That's the only thing that I really didn't like because I wanted to try the pillow the minute I got it and was not able to due to that smell :(

I like the pillow, it is easy to get comfortable on. My only complaint and the reason for 4 stars is I wake up every morning with a stiff neck. I think it needs to be thicker or higher. I may have to send it back.

Terrible pillow, to hard and to thick, neither me or my husband want to sleep with it. To expensive for what it worth. Now we also need to return it. Would not recommend at all
