INCREDIBLY Comfortable, retains it's shape in a supportive (not rigid) way, and stays cool all night! Best pillow I've ever used!

The smell was so bad

The smell was so bad I haven't, been able to use it. I had to put them in a garbage bag with bounce laundry sheets and wrap them to see if the smell from it can be absorbed. Don't waste your money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The pillow is alright, but feels a bit too flat and too stiff so overall it didn't feel like an improvement compared to the normal pillow I had before.

I have been looking for a pillow that stays cool/cold and thought I found it but after about 2 weeks I had to turn it over then over again when it was cold/cool again.It is soft, and the firmness is good after a week or so.
The smell is strong, I let it air out for 14 days, which interferes with the warranty.
