It smells like feces!

The pillow smells like feces! I've left it outside in the air for more than a week, put it in the dryer with no heat, taken off the covers and washed them. We're about 6 weeks in and it's still not useable because it STILL smells like feces. I've called and written numerous times and done everything they've said including "take it outside and hit it with a stick".
I have a Ghost Bed pillow that I love and didn't have any problem with. This one is useless night mare!

My GF and I have been sleeping on our GhostPillows for 3 weeks. We absolutely love their size and softness! I originally researched cooling pillows because she has night sweats. These pillows are truly cold to the touch. They are made with soft yet supportive memory foam. Many a night I would see my GF hugging her pillow in a peaceful sleep. Such a rewarding site for my smart purchase! I must also provide my compliments for such great packaging. VERY sturdy box to prevent any damage AND fancy tissue paper! I highly recommend this product. You will not be disappointed!

I currently have 3 Ghost pillows and can’t say enough positive things about them. I’m a firefighter and keep one at work. The support and cooling system of the pillow is phenomenal. I could go on and on lol! Keep up the great work Ghost pillow!

Hard as a rock

Awful, hard as a rock. My husband bought one almost a year ago and I loved his, so I got myself one. The hardest pillow I’ve ever slept on and puts pressure on your head. I wake up every night to roll over because my head hurts from being in one place for too long. Also most mornings I wake up with a headache. Don’t get it.

I love how my head and neck are supported with the height. I get the best sleep I wake up feeling rested. The blend of materials in this pillow are awesome and I love the feeling! Thank you for making an awesome product! I can't wait to get a Ghost Mattress!

What can I say great Pillow very comfortable I just wish they were longer. they essentially on take about 1/3 of width on a twin size mattress.
