Better sleep

I got spring bed and every single day when i woke up, it give me backache alot. I work grave shift so it hard for me to get some sleep. And the best part it will cool you down no trouble on your body heat. Feel refreshed when you wake up.

It is a very firm mattress that I wouldn't really recommend for side sleepers. It also claims to have a lot of cooling technology. However, if I sleep on my back I will wake up sweating within a few hours. This one may end up being returned.

I have not had the mattress all that long, but after a week or so of getting used to it, I’m starting to get a better nights sleep than I had before. That mattress for me doesn’t have the cooling effect I was hoping for but I do not sleep hot anymore. For me it’s more of a temperature neutral mattress. The pillows are fantastic I just wish they were a little thicker. All in all I am very satisfied and would recommend it for anyone looking for an affordable bed.

Comfortable bed that provides good support. Middle firmness which is good for me but a little too firm for my wife. Very cool without sheets but loses some of it with the sheets on.

Cooling material is great. Much cooler than temperpedic. A little on the firm side for a side sleeper.

Very comfortable mattress

I made the decision to purchase a Ghost mattress primarily due to my desire to have a "cooling" mattress. The mattress is the perfect balance between firm and soft for us, and definitely feels cool to the touch but the unfortunate reality is that once you put a mattress protector and sheets on the bed, you lose the cooling effect. I received pillows with purchase and just use them without cases in order to appreciate their cooling properties.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far I like it but don't love it

Sleeping on it for about 2 weeks so far, I used this to replace a mattress is about 8 years old. I'm not sure if I'm sleeping much better but it definitely sleeps a little cooler than my old mattress. It's comfortable, and well made, but need a few more weeks to best assess. Will update the review then if I feel my sleep had improved.
