Compressor did not work on a/c. Called Lg as unit was New. Lg gave a bs line and did NOTHING. Will NEVER buy Lg brand of Anything again as their service is a joke.

Doesn’t cool room

I bought this 2 weeks ago and it doesn’t come close to cooling the room. Have it set to 60 and the room doesn’t get below 65. Old one got to 60. The room is 325 sq ft and the 12k BTU is supposed to cover up to 550 sq ft. Don’t get.

Keeps Living room, dinning, and kitchen cool

This morning whe I first turned it on. Not so great...No idea what it's problem was. Left it off a couple of hours. Now it is awesome. So yes, I would recommend this a/c.

Best Air Conditioner I ever got.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Almost a month now with this AC, the installation was a breeze, I am very pleased with it, it’s cooling my living room and kitchen along the way to the hallway on a 75 degree setting with the energy saver on. Just love it.
