Great quality 55gallon drum

Its sturdy build and light-blocking opaque material help prevent algae growth, and the pre-drilled lid makes setup with tubing and air stones quick and convenient. The 55-gallon capacity is perfect for stabilizing pH and EC levels across larger systems. However, it doesn’t come with bulkhead fittings or a spigot, which would’ve made installation smoother, and the lid could fit more securely. Overall, it’s a reliable reservoir that gets the job done, easy to setup. It can be used for different things.

Big capacity and easy to maintain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hydrofarm drum was so easy to mange and assemble. Lightweight but very durable. Essentially maintained by itself. It has been so functional for my garden/crops with such a huge capacity. Wish the cost was a bit less since you do need to buy some accessories.

Useful for gardening

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 55-gallon hydroponic reservoir does its job, but it’s a bit bulky and tricky to move when full. It holds water well and seems durable, but setup and cleaning take more effort than I expected. Good for steady use, just not super convenient.
