Nice stove. It looks good in my kitchen! It is easy to use and cooks well. I love the fact that it only heats when a pan is on it, and as soon as you turn the burner off, the food stops cooking. Delivery was super-fast!

Knobs - meaningful feedback

Were you a child of the first personal computer revolution (Apple’s 1982 Super Bowl ad) that has led to the digital era of today some almost 50 years later? We lived in a world where the digital tried to mimic the real with “skeuomorphism” - the image of the trash can to dispose of digital documents. As a counterpoint, Don Norman argued for “affordances” — controls that by themselves gave information - his classic example was the Mercedes driver’s seat adjuster that broke the seat into separate controllers to manage the seating position. Like Norman, your large knobs are affordances. I do not have to look at them to know level of hear. I can do it by feel while attending to whatever pot is on the stove. The physical knob is reliable when my hands are wet or worse, sticky with breadcrumbs from trying to catch up with the cutlets in the skillet. I looked high and low for an induction cooker that had knobs and not sliders or touch panels. Thank you, thank you. (By the way, its wonderful operation matches the wonderful control.

Love this range

We got our 30” range a week ago. It shipped out the same day I bought it, and arrived well-protected in lots of packaging. We were anxious about buying it sight unseen, but it is everything the website claims. I have always cooked on gas, and of course anticipated induction would be slow, etc. Instead, the learning curve for me is how incredibly fast and responsive the cooktop is. It’s kind of amazing. I’m very happy to have an electric oven that doesn’t vent like gas, as well - I can bake sourdough loaves free-form since the oven holds steam. And we love no longer having the inevitable “small leakages” of propane in the house. Overall, the range is gorgeous and high quality. I’m still puzzled, though, about the timer for baking/cooking. If I’m correct, there is a single timer available? I haven’t had time to explore that further yet - but I can’t imagine why on an electronic appliance there wouldn’t be at least a few timers available, and easily accessible (for all sorts of things - not just cooking with the range). Still, so long as the range performs for years, we’ll be very happy.

Worth a shot! Great induction product!

A high end home builder, we only use induction in our high performance all electric new houses. When we found Induction Hardware at the International Builder Show, we were impressed and gave them a chance in a model home. As people have tried it , everyone is extremely impressed with the quality of the induction cooktop on the range and the oven.
The range is an immediately responsive induction top which has been compliant with all the cookware we have tried and also is very quiet. If you’ve ever cooked with induction you’ll recall the annoying buzz. IH does not have the buzz. And when you get to the oven it can go to dehydrate temps and even a wood fired pizza at 660.
I never write reviews , but this product is amazing.
What will make them ever better is when they move their manufacturing to the US. They have big goals and deserve support!

Very versitle and high quality

My range arrived packaged like a faberge egg. Perfect condition yet easy to unpack. It is sleek and immediately I felt the glass top was so much higher quality than the one I had been using. Turns out that glass quality/ceramic can vary greatly and this is definitely what I was hoping for. The control panel is quite intuitive so the learning curve is easy. All the materials are sturdy, precision made and meant to provide assistance to the chef. As with most Air Fryers, there is an adaptive curve for recipes and well, I made potato chips my first time, delicious even though I was going for just air fried potatoes. It is very well insulated so the kitchen did not heat up much. Because the lower clearance is minimum, we had to have th electrician relocate our receptacle. Only took a few minutes. I think this one is a keeper and will last a very long time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

we couldn’t be happier with my 36" induction range. It heats extremely fast and delivers consistent, precise cooking every time. The finish and color quality look fantastic and have held up beautifully so far. Connecting to Wi-Fi was a breeze, and the smart features work seamlessly.
