Step count is way off

I don't think the step count is accurate at all. It averages about 2000 less steps than my Fitbit. It doesn't automatically track activity like my Fitbit does either. It has to be manually entered in the app.

The ring came quickly but I cannot get it to connect to my phone/app. Been trying for two days. So, I guess so far it's useless.

Thinking Twice Before Buying

Was really excited about it because I read really great reviews. It said it was easy setup but it wasn’t took forever to sync. Double check your Ring sizing because very snug fit for a size 7. The app is a little complicated

Great data, and the fact that it’s not a subscription was the main selling point. The app is awesome. Wondering if they will eventually have data for recovery/readiness type

Questioning the step’s accuracy

So far everything seems great and really love it OTHER then my steps from my ring and my Apple Watch for the day were 2100 steps different my watch was 4700 and my ring was 2600. I know by my walking for this day my watch is closer. Pretty frustrating it’s that far off.

Nice, but bulky

I love the ring features and accuracy of those features, but the bulkiness of the ring is too big. With or without the silicone cover it was hard to put my hand in my pocket, it would catch on everything and it rubbed my finger next to it raw.
