Too new and too bulky

Can tell it’s very new. Not a lot of exercises to choose from, and very glitchy. For a woman with smaller hands it is VERY bulky and often hurts grabbing things with that hand. When they say size up, they mean it. It’s a tight fitting 7. Yesterday it completely missed sleep and two of my four exercises. Def could use app development and needs to have a smaller option for a woman. I do enjoy that the app does require a subscription though!

Activity Tracking Very Inaccurate

I was super optimistic for this since I love QALO products but I have had a QRNT ring for about a week now and have found that the activity tracker is extremely inaccurate and the ring leaves a lot to be desired bc of it.
To start, I ordered a size 10 ring (one above my rubber ring size) it couldn’t go over my knuckle and returned for a size 11 which fits, so fit is not an issue.
I’ve used the activity tracker for multiple CrossFit workouts and a few peloton bike workouts - all while simultaneously using the Apple Watch as comparison.
For all of these workouts, I have pushed the intensity extremely hard - maxing my heart rate on my Apple Watch (and at times spot checking with a manual HR) and have reached 170+ during workouts. My QRNT ring says my max HR for these workouts range between 120-124. When I realized this, I even did a calibration test during a warm up bike ride … my manual HR was 140 - Apple Watch said 137 - QRNT ring said 88. I’m just not sure how accurate the activity / HR tracker is with how far off these are for one thing to say my max HR is 173 and the other to say 124. And if that’s not accurate … really how accurate is all my other information.
Maybe I have a faulty ring. I’m not sure. I’m hoping if so I can get another one - bc the sleep and vitality data is really great and cool to see - but again how accurate is it if my activity tracking is that far off.

I compared this smart ring to all the other popular options out there. I can say I absolutely love it! The popular smart rings are far more expensive and generally do the same thing. Qalo doesn't charge a subscription and is working on even more useful health data and color options for covers. I am excited to see what's to come as I love this company. My spouse and I both have one and have compared it to our smart watch data, they are extremely close except that the ring gives us even more information then our expensive smart watches. Love ❤️

Nice ring, tracking fitness isn't great

The ring is nice, fits well. Measurements when it comes to activities could be better. Walking and running with the ring on by steps in my mileage are way off compared to my phone and my watch. Could definitely use an update in the future.

I received this ring 2 days ago and so far so good. I bought it in hope to keep track of my health due to a number of autoimmune conditions. I’m excited to see how well it does over the next few months. The ring itself is a little bulky so I am still getting used to the fit. The number one thing when figure out which smart ring to purchase was the the monthly subscription… with this company NO SUBSCRIPTIONS needed 🙌

Smart (not so little) Ring

I like the information that is gathered through the ring, as I’m not a fan of wearing my watch to bed or at home. The app is easy to use. I’m not a fan of the size of the ring. I knew it would be large, but it’s extremely bulky and was uncomfortable the first few nights. I’m finally getting used to it. I’ll be looking forward to more attractive silicone covers in the future

I was surprised that I liked this ring more than the Samsung Ring. I compared them and wore them at the same time. I enjoy the fact this ring is less expensive, but gives me more personalization by allowing me to pick when I want different reading to scan. I love that there is no subscription. I hope this company is able to grow this product and make it even better. I would say the biggest negatives of the product are it does not judge distance well, running wise, and the app is a but clunky. It does not connect to other apps like garmin or strava, but hopefully it will in the future. Overall, I am enjoying this product more than other rings that cost more.
